Due to the collectible nature of Trading Card Games, all sales are generally considered final.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• Wrong item received
  
• Product missing from order

Reporting Issues

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number
• Photos of package
• Video of unboxing
• Photos of product

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened booster packs
• Opened boxes
• Redeemed code cards
• Clearance products
  

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
